1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dukemasterclass.com (the "Site"), or by applying to, registering for, or attending an edition of The Duke's Masterclass ("the Programme"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or apply to the Programme.

2. The Programme

The Duke's Masterclass is a closed-door executive convening, run under two tracks, Masterclass Nigeria and Masterclass International. Attendance is by strategic invitation, executive nomination, or institutional sponsorship, and is granted at the sole discretion of the Secretariat. Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee a seat.

3. Eligibility & Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the closed-door, confidential nature of every session. The Secretariat reserves the right to decline or withdraw an invitation at its discretion, including where conduct is inconsistent with the standards of the Programme.

4. Confidentiality

Sessions are closed-door and off the record unless the Secretariat states otherwise in writing. Attendees may be asked to agree to additional confidentiality terms specific to a given edition before participating.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the "Duke's Masterclass" name and mark is the property of The Duke's Masterclass or its licensors, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

6. Changes to Dates & Programme

Edition dates, venues, and faculty are subject to change. The Secretariat will make reasonable efforts to notify confirmed delegates of any material change, but is not liable for costs arising from such changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and Programme are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Duke's Masterclass disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or participation in the Programme.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the jurisdiction of a specific edition.
